Landmark? Oh yes.
The hoarding advertises it as a 'Landmark Office Building.' I can't argue
with that, but I'm afraid it's a landmark for all the wrong reasons.

Well, we have to put up with Richard Simmons, Ann Coulter and Jacko, this is a small price to pay in comparison.
